The picturesque Hamptons have long been associated with luxury, style, and philanthropy. Every year, the Holiday Hamptons Designer Showhouse brings together renowned designers, architects, and artists to showcase their talents while raising funds for a worthy cause. In 2023, the spotlight, once again, shines on the Breast Cancer Research Fund, with Lola Tucker Interiors proudly participating in this prestigious event. Our task: to create the perfect first-floor powder room that combines beauty, functionality, and a touch of LTI’s signature elegance.

We chose the stunning Pavartina wallpaper from Arte to serve as the backdrop for the powder room. The carefully selected pattern and texture added depth and sophistication to the space, while effortlessly tying in with the adjacent rooms of the house.

Lighting plays a pivotal role in any design, and we understood the significance of choosing the perfect fixture. The Alabaster Lantern Gallo Pendant Light from Eichholtz provided an elegant focal point, casting a warm and inviting glow throughout the room.

To infuse the space with a touch of artisanal charm, we incorporated a handcrafted Selenite mirror. This unique piece added a sense of craftsmanship and character, elevating the overall design and creating a captivating visual centerpiece.

We also collaborated with a Moroccan-American woman artist to create a one-of-a-kind chain art installation for the powder room. This extraordinary piece not only showcased the talent of an underrepresented artist but also added a cultural element that sparked conversation and inspired visitors.

We wanted to add just a touch of our signature whimsy to the space, so we strategically placed an "Influencer" sign within the powder room. This playful addition made of hot pink pins, encouraged visitors to engage with the space and capture memorable moments, fostering a sense of connectivity and excitement… look for it on everyone’s instagram!

The 2023 Holiday Hamptons Designer Showhouse, benefiting the Breast Cancer Research Fund, was an exceptional blend of design excellence and compassion.
