At Lola Tucker Interiors, spring always signals a fresh start. It’s when nature begins to show off—soft blooms, longer days, shifting light—and it reminds us how important it is to slow down and look closely. That’s exactly what we’re doing this May: pressing pause to refocus, reorganize, and lay the groundwork for what’s next.

We’re taking a short hiatus from social media as we rebuild our website and refresh our design studios in both Sea Cliff and Southampton. This behind-the-scenes time is essential. It allows us to take stock of the many moving parts across our projects, refine our creative process, and make space—both literally and creatively—for new inspiration.

We’re also using this season to reconnect with the sources that fuel our creativity. That means attending some of our favorite East Coast design events, including the Kips Bay Decorator Show House and the Greenwich Show House, where we always find bold ideas and exquisite craftsmanship. We’re sourcing pieces at the spring furniture markets and getting our hands dusty at Brimfield—one of the country’s largest and most iconic flea markets.

And it wouldn’t be a proper spring without a few road trips. We’re antiquing through the backroads of Vermont, searching for storied pieces with soul, and soaking in moments of natural beauty—from wildflower fields and mountain views to the windswept dunes and coastal gardens of the Hamptons. These environments continuously shape how we think about color, texture, and balance in the spaces we design.

We’ll be back soon—ready to share our updated website, our latest finds, and all the thoughtful layers that define our work. Until then, thank you for being part of our world.
