A Home By The Dunes

CONTACT US
Before purchasing their home, our clients remembered the house being clean, well organized, and bland. But it was the pathway over the dunes which led to the white sandy beach at the end of the block that sold them on the property. They recognized that it could be the Grooviest Little Beach House on the block… it just needed some love. So they bought the place, called our office and we grabbed our sunglasses and headed to the beach!

When we stepped inside the home, we saw the walls were painted in “it was this color when we bought it” with a satin finish, and the floors were a beautiful shade of “I can’t remember, but the condition was okay.” I believe you could describe the kitchen as “functional,” the dining area “tight,” the family room “odd,” and the ceilings “low .”Upstairs the three bedrooms were okay but needed a little help, and other than that, well, okay, it was clear that this house needed some serious attention both in layout and design. Our clients were undeterred and very excited about the Dunes at the end of the block... we knew that the beach would inspire our designs, and we had so much to be inspired by.
